RIVET's Reports Hub provides comprehensive reporting tools to analyze your construction billing data. Generate AR aging reports, retainage summaries, cash flow projections, and more.
Accessing the Reports Hub
To access reports:
- Click Reports in the left sidebar
- Browse available report categories
- Click on a report to configure and generate
- Export in your preferred format

Configuring Reports
Most reports offer configuration options:
Date Range
Filter data by specific date range, month, quarter, or year.
Project Filter
Run reports for all projects or select specific ones.
Grouping
Group data by project, status, or time period.
Columns
Select which data columns to include in the report.
Export Options
Reports can be exported in multiple formats:

Scheduled Reports
Set up scheduled reports to receive them automatically via email. Go to Reports → Scheduled to configure recurring reports.
Report Scope
Reports can be run at two levels:
Firm-Wide
Aggregate data across all projects in your firm
Project-Specific
Focus on a single project for detailed analysis
