  3. Drop them into the upload zone
  4. Files begin processing automatically

Bulk Upload

You can upload multiple documents at once. Simply select or drag multiple files, and RIVET will process them in parallel.

Upload Progress

After uploading, you'll see the progress for each document:

Processing - OCR extraction in progress
Complete - Ready for review
Failed - Error during processing

Best Practices for OCR Accuracy

Do

  • ✓ Use 300 DPI or higher for scans
  • ✓ Ensure documents are straight and not skewed
  • ✓ Use good lighting for photos
  • ✓ Prefer PDF over image formats
  • ✓ Keep documents free of folds or tears

Avoid

  • ✕ Blurry or out-of-focus images
  • ✕ Heavy watermarks over text
  • ✕ Low-resolution screenshots
  • ✕ Documents with handwritten notes over printed text
  • ✕ Password-protected PDFs

Re-scan If Needed

If OCR extraction shows low confidence or incorrect data, consider re-scanning the document at a higher resolution or with better lighting.
