The Upcoming Due Dates section helps you anticipate expected payments and plan your cash flow accordingly. See when payments are due and set up reminders to follow up proactively.
Due Date Calendar View
The calendar shows expected payment dates based on invoice date plus payment terms (e.g., Net 30, Net 45).
Due Today - Payment expected today
Due This Week - Due within 7 days
Due This Month - Due within 30 days
Overdue - Past due date
How Due Dates Are Calculated
Due dates are calculated based on project payment terms:

| Net 30 | Invoice date + 30 days |
| Net 45 | Invoice date + 45 days |
| Net 60 | Invoice date + 60 days |
| Custom | Based on project-specific terms |
Set Accurate Terms
For accurate due date predictions, ensure each project has the correct payment terms configured in Project Settings.
Setting Payment Reminders
Set up reminders to follow up on upcoming payments:
- Click on any due date in the calendar
- Click Set Reminder
- Choose when to be reminded (days before due date)
- Optionally add a note about what action to take
- Click Save
Reminder Options
- • 7 days before - Initial reminder
- • 3 days before - Follow-up reminder
- • On due date - Payment due today
- • 1 day after - Overdue alert
Automation Available
You can also set up automatic payment reminders in the Automations section to send email reminders without manual intervention.
