How Scores Are Calculated
The compliance score formula is:
Compliance % = (Completed Waivers ÷ Required Waivers) × 100

| Signed | Complete ✓ |
| Pending Signature | Incomplete |
| Not Generated | Incomplete |
| Expired | Incomplete |
Score Ranges
95-100%Excellent - Minor gaps only
85-94%Good - Some attention needed
70-84%Fair - Requires improvement
Below 70%Poor - Immediate action needed
Improving Your Score
Generate Missing Waivers
Navigate to the Missing Waivers section and generate waivers for billing periods that don't have them.
Follow Up on Signatures
Send reminders for pending waivers to get signatures completed faster.
Replace Expired Waivers
Generate new waivers to replace any that have expired.
Automate Reminders
Set up automation to send waiver requests automatically with each pay app.
