Document Limits

Each plan includes a monthly document limit for generated documents (pay apps, lien waivers, etc.):

Fair Use Policy

Document limits reset each billing cycle. Scale plan users can exceed 500 documents with fair overage billing - no hard limits.

How Projects Are Counted

Project limits apply to "active" projects only:

Currently in progress, counts toward limit

Completed

Project closed, does NOT count toward limit

D
Draft

Being set up, counts toward limit

Close Projects

Close completed projects to free up slots for new work. Historical data remains accessible.

How Team Members Are Counted

Team member limits include all users with access to your firm:

  • -Owners count
  • -Managers count
  • -Staff members count
  • -Viewers count

Deactivated users do not count toward your limit.

Choosing the Right Plan

Choose Starter If:

  • You have 5 or fewer active projects
  • You don't need accounting integration
  • Your team has 3 or fewer people
  • You generate fewer than 50 docs monthly

Choose Pro If:

  • You need QuickBooks or Xero sync
  • You need retainage & change orders
  • You have 6-20 active projects
  • Your team has 4-10 people

Choose Scale If:

  • You need unlimited projects
  • You generate 200+ docs monthly
  • You want API access
  • Your team exceeds 10 people
