How Commissions Are Calculated
You earn a percentage of each referred customer's monthly subscription payment. The percentage depends on your partner tier.
Example Calculation
Referral subscribes to Pro plan at $149/month
Your tier: Silver (15% commission)
Your commission: $22.35/month
Annual Plans
For annual subscriptions, you receive the full year's commission when the customer pays their annual invoice.
Commission Status
Pending - Earned but not yet paid (30-day hold)
Approved - Ready for next payout
Paid - Sent to your bank account
Reversed - Customer refunded or churned
30-Day Hold
Commissions are held for 30 days to account for potential refunds or cancellations before being approved for payout.
Payout Schedule
Payout Frequency
Commissions are paid monthly, on the 15th of each month.
Minimum Threshold
Minimum payout is $50. Smaller amounts roll over to the next month.
Payment Method
Direct deposit to your bank account (ACH in the US).
Tax Information
You'll receive a 1099 if you earn over $600/year.
Viewing Payment History
- Go to Partner Dashboard → Commissions
- View your commission summary at the top
- See detailed breakdown by referral below
- Click Payment History for past payouts
- Download statements for your records
