What Are Batch Operations?
Instead of processing items one at a time, batch operations let you select multiple items and perform the same action on all of them simultaneously.

Accessing Batch Operations
- Navigate to Batch Operations in the sidebar
- Select the item type you want to work with
- Use filters to narrow down the items
- Select items using checkboxes
- Choose an action from the batch menu
Select All
Use the "Select All" checkbox to quickly select all visible items on the current page.
When to Use Batch Operations
Month-End Processing
Download all waivers or pay apps for a month to send to GCs
Project Closeout
Export all documentation for a completed project
Audit Preparation
Gather all required documents for compliance audits
